I had a glitching & freezing problem with my laptop and so I was reccomended to go in and get the problem fixed. The man that served me said he could fix my problem and it would cost PS48 to be fixed. I left it with him. I picked it up the next day, hoping it would be fixed, but the same problem ocured. When I phoned him up, he made me feel like it was my fault, it was broken. I don’t feel comfortable going back there, as I feel he took my money and didnt really touch my laptop. His atitiude was unfriendly when questioned about it… so I won’t be back!
Refused to serve me for a repair job as I had taken the initiative and bought the replacement part myself. They had no idea how much I was willing to pay to get the job done by 5pm today (a lot) regardless of their “our parts only” policy. I won’t be back.
Excellent service ,repaired my computer within the same day …very reasonable price for parts and labour…would definitely recommend to friends and family..Will definitely use them again .
