I had a bit of a dog phone chewing incident and unfortunately hadn’t backed it up in a while, I took my phone in and the guys were super helpful, they could have sold me a new screen and sent me on my way, but massively helped me by putting a 3rd party screen in the iPhone 15 pro Max so I could perform a back up of prob 10 years of data/pics and even allowed me to use their WiFi to back up, then replaced my chewed screen so I could return to apple. I can’t recommend these guys enough and am extremely grateful for their help! Highly recommended for all your phone needs!!
Super helpful and i’d go back without hesitation. I took my daughters Pixel 6 Pro here to replace the screen after she broke it. They replaced the screen in under an hour but the phone was found to have another fault and failed to work. Sadly they couldn’t fix it but they returned the phone it its original condition and didn’t charge us a penny! So not good news for us but still a first class service!
Don’t usually write reviews but this time I can’t stop myself posting a review for ” U Break We fix”. Undoubtedly they are the best in Newbury high street with a very polite and honest staff. They didn’t fix my phone only instead they saved my life with their highly professional service. Thank you so so much guys.
