The level of service provided by this company is utterly appalling and downright disgraceful. Not only did we encounter an extremely rude individual, but we were also subjected to exorbitant charges for subpar services. It is abundantly clear that this company prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction.

Furthermore, their inability to adequately repair phones reflects a profound lack of competence and professionalism. After entrusting them with our hard-earned money, we were shocked to find that the screen of my phone was literally falling off upon returning home. When we attempted to address this issue the very next day, they callously dismissed our concerns, claiming it was beyond repair.

This blatant disregard for customer well-being and satisfaction is utterly unacceptable. I implore anyone considering their services to steer clear for their own sake. This company’s reprehensible practices warrant immediate investigation, and I urge authorities to take swift action to rectify the situation.

I took my phone in to get the back camera glass repaired, said come back in hour so we did and he hadn’t even started it. Went back an hour or so later and he had managed to crack the front screen. He offered to fix it but had to leave phone for a week. Went back a week later, got it home to descover the front speaker no longer works and there was glue all round the edges of the screen. Took it back and he sent it off, 5 weeks later I went back in to see what’s happening and they said it has been ready weeks ago. Got it home again and the speaker is not fixed right
Or they have bodged it to work as it rattles and is distorted when playing music so they have ruined a perfectly good phone. Think I will just send it of to proper place next time.

I went to this place to get my phone screen fixed. About a hour after they fixed it I noticed the screen wasn’t put it on properly, the next day I went back to the shop I asked them if they could stick it on properly they told me no because that’s how bad the phone was broken. My issue with this is they knew when they saw the phone that this would happen but they didn’t tell us and still went and took our money. Fast forward a few weeks the screen was about to come off and the phone was doing its own thing. I would advice anyone to not go and get there phone fixed there because they are not good and they just take your money!!
