Had a very bad experience trying to return a kitchen extractor fan. I ordered it by mistake as needed an island/ceiling fitting and this fan came up in a search with all the other ceiling fans as it was mistakenly on the same web page. Ubaldi asked me to email the pictures of the box so they can send someone to collect it, which I did. Long story short, they didn’t reply to my email, after speaking to them 3 times finally I was told the pictures of the box were too heavy and they couldn’t download the email. They send people to collect the box with a van that was too small so they couldn’t take it, one guy came on his own and couldn’t take it and yesterday we waited for someone to come from 13-19h and they did’t show up.
I’ve now waisted so much time waiting for Ubaldi to collect the box so I can get my refund. They charged me EUR29 to send someone to collect the box and they have given me a deadline so if it’s not returned by certain date they will not accept it. I now have to pay someone else to take it back to their shop.
I’ve wasted so much time on this and will not be recommending Ubaldi to anyone.

Returned a TV today well within the 2 weeks allowed according to French law. They would only give me store credit. This has now been passed to a different department at Ubaldi and I’m awaiting information. Meanwhile, I’m out of pocket a grand. Lovely.

Friendly staff, good delivery options and quality items available with a good selection at this location. Prices are a little high compared to other retailers and online sites but you’ll get good advice in-store.

Great service. Really helpful arranging delivery and installation in the old town. Had to cancel a Conforama order because they did nothing for 1 month and have zero customer service. Such a relief to have Ubaldi service instead.
