I had the worst experience at Ubreak it we fix it Smithtown NY. I went on to get my iphone screen fixed as it has cracked the guy quoted me $189 I then said I have a text from who I usually go and they are charging 100 I told him i’ll go to my guy tomorrow he then. came down to $125 so he was trying to rip me of his name was Luke. Well I left as store was closing he changed screen which did not work went back and dealt with Daniel M. who was rude and said he would fix it again well as I drove away it was still broken spent 2 hrs and still had broken phone for $140. so I called said my time was wasted I want a refund he said I had to speak to mgr Nick so I called the mgr Nick and said he needed their glass back to get refund I said that was never told to me when I spoke to Daniel about a refund I have the recorded call. I even offered to compromise given back half or just a phone cover they wanted no part of trying to make their customer happy after they robbed my $140 and still had broken phone which I got fixed at Odyssey in Commack which of course he threw the defected screen out the other place gave me why would he hold it. It didn’t work. So I went back to store to work it out Daniel was arrogant and wouldn’t even look my way I said I want your lady’s names I already called corporate and i’m filing small claims summons he the got a bit aggressive asking me to leave I said no I want the
information. . There was no policy I said regarding their refund policy he then wasted the cops time called the cops who said the have been called to this store numerous times they don’t know what their doing. He said he wouldn’t use them ever again so for an officer to say this they take your money don’t fix the problem and their scammers. See in court Losers you had your chance to make this right I was willing to compromise
Here’s the nasty man Daniel who was a baby and called police because he can’t run a business. DON’T GO HERE especiallly if cops said they have been there several times. Small Claims here we come. Took pictures no sign about refund policy or on teveipt

Do Not Go To This Store

I had an absolutely awful experience at this store, and I strongly advise against visiting it. Here’s why:

1. Incompetent Staff: The store is run by kids who seem to have no clue how to handle computers or provide any semblance of customer service.
2. Nonexistent Management: There is no visible management presence. It’s impossible to get any assistance from a responsible adult, which is incredibly frustrating.
3. Poor Communication: After dropping off my computer for service, they completely ignored all my attempts to get in touch. They never answer the phone, leaving me stuck in voicemail hell.
4. Lack of Proper Procedures: They didn’t provide a receipt when I dropped off my computer, which is standard practice at any reputable service center.
5. Terrible Follow-Up: Despite sending 15 emails and making 7 phone calls over four days, I received no response. My computer is still missing, and no one has bothered to get back to me.
6. Unprofessional Office Team: When I finally got through to someone in the office, they admitted they don’t check emails. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable.

Overall, you’re better off going to a toy store for computer service. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this place at all costs.

I was told to take my broken phone to this location by the insurance company. The associate could not take in my device after a 25-minute wait in an empty store because i did not have the serial # for the phone. The box had been thrown out and the phone would not turn on I explained, I was then asked how can hentell if its broken or not. He gave me a phone number and told me to call the from home and take it up with them. I stood in that place for 45 minutes on the phone with an insurance rep. Who told me take my phone back home and they would handle it. 3 dayss later I am sent back to this location with my phone. This time I was told leave the phone there and a manager would call me and let me know what happens. I never got that call. This all started on March 17, 2024. I finally got the gift card for a new phone on March 24. I thought this process would be quick and easy. Boy was I wrong.
