Was exactly what I was hoping for.

I had a broken laptop screen. Brought it to them on a Friday evening and picked it up fixed at 10am the next morning. The staff were very friendly and explained clearly how much things would cost etc. When I called up later about concerns I had, they were very friendly and offered for me to come back into the branch to talk them over. I didn’t do this in the end as I found there was actually nothing to be concerned about, but reassuring to know that these guys will really make sure that you’re 100% satisfied with their service.

I would definitely not recommend this shop for repair. My flexi laptop was completely ruined by them. Couple of hardware issues for which I took the laptop. The repair in first place was half done, missed screws, later I went to check and put replacement. They broke the original hinge functionality, which makes the laptop screen prone to another damage soon. Overall, the after experience was bad. Avoid.

I’ve had my laptop fixed a couple of times and both times the staff were very transparent about the issue. They would also tell me the cost and how long it would take and were good at sticking to the timelines.
Would very much recommend.
