Took my sons phone here as screen was broken. I asked if he could repair it and he said yes. We had to wait a day for him to order the screen and he asked for a $40 deposit. A couple days later he said it was ready. We went to pick up and he told us that the finger print feature to unlock the iphone 8 does not work. It worked just fine before even when the screen was broken. He explained that it could not work now and he added a shortcut to have my son access the unlock feature on the phone with a passcode. Not ideal when its a phone with fingerprint ID. I asked why he dint call to tell me he could not fix it the same way, if I had known I would have taken the phone elsewhere to fix. I would have even left $20 for his trouble and time. He laughed at this and simply said the screen is fixed and thats what I asked for.

So I guess since he fixed one part of the phone (the screen) it does not matter if he broke the other part. He wanted me to pay the balance ($50) for the $90 service to fix the screen. I negotiated to pay $20 for a total of $60 (still not worth it but I dint care to bargain for another $20, he seemed to need the money). We left with the phone only to find that when my son calls or gets a call he can talk to the person calling him but the he cant hear the person talking to him.

So, in summary, he fixed the screen but broke the finger print ID and the speaker…

Im putting this review here simply so people know this person has no integrity and is not honest. Many shops provide same services at malls. Its a shame as I tried to support a small local business but seems the business does not care for their clients.

Bought some ear buds come home to find out they don’t stay charged for the amount of time it says.. Went back in and asked for either an exchange or a refund at first he didn’t want to do a straight exchange .. He finally agreed to do it and when we brought the 2nd pair home it did the same thing

Doesn’t charge properly
Says it can pair to 2 devices it doesn’t do it both of them end up pairing together

DO NOT GO THERE

Very BAD place. Don’t go there.
He promised to diagnose my laptop in one hour, after 5 hours he has done nothing and demanding $300 for parts or not returning my laptop. Finally I received it in pieces and dont know, if parts are missing
