Avoid this place at all cost. My phone was having intermittent issues with charging. Went there to get an estimate. Technician took the phone and came back saying the charging panel needs to be replaced. Since my phone was still charging i didn’t want to get it replaced. However after the technician’s check the charging stopped all together.Went to a different store and came to know that the pins were damaged all together by the technician. This is a scam store and it seems all reviews are fake. Please avoid this store at all cost
Stumbled upon this place after Best Buy sold me a screen protector that bubbled and cracked and grey didn’t have a replacement. Visited Univercell and they had the protector that I needed. They also sold me a great case for my phone. They discounted both items and provide a lifetime warranty for the protector. Friendly and helpful service. I’ll be going there for all the cellphone accessories that I need.
Amazing store! My s23 ultra was ran over by a 10 ton forklift, I thought for sure it was done for. But after the first call I was assured that the device would be diagnosed and if anything else were to occur they would notify me. Luckily for me they had my parts in stock, and was able to pick up my functioning phone later that day! Astounding service, I couldn’t be happier! It’s basically brand new!
