I needed to have the HDMI port replaced on my son’s PS5. TL/DR – The job got done at a higher than expected price and took much longer than it should have, including a few absolutely unnecessary steps.

The attending staff inspected the PS5 and gave me a cost and time estimate. He told me he will try to get the job done as early as possible.

Two days later, when I went to pick up the PS5, it was not showing anything on display. I asked if he tested it. He assured me that he personally tested it and he was having some cable issues, hence the display was not showing up. Further discussion revealed that he did not work on the machine. Nor was the servicing done in-store.

I took his word for it, and brought the console home. Tried 4 cables and three monitors. It did not work.

He came to my place to collect the console. Kept it for another day, and then dropped it back to my place, “at no additional cost”. This step should not have been needed and it should not have cost me an additional day.

I appreciate the “service”. However, I do not appreciate lies.

DONT GO HERE !!!!! I had my iPhone 14 Pro Max screen fixed (the phone was BRAND new) they damaged the outside of my phone , they replaced it with CHEAP parts, after 3 times of them “fixing my phone” the microphone was broken, the google maps location was all over the place. There was parts missing from the INSIDE of my phone. My battery ended up EXPLODING as they punctured the battery, apple was Apple to replace the phone and stated parts and battery was PURPOSELY punctured. OMAR is the owner he is so disrespectful and will give you the run around, not once has he came to meet me in person after all these issues. I repeat do NOT go here this place is a SCAM

Took my phone in for my dad. He wasn’t having any sound. We tried everything. The gentleman had it fixed withing 1 minute!! It was a simple switch that my dad must have pressed by accident. Thank you so much!! You made him and I very happy. Hope you enjoyed a coffee!!
