What fantastic service. Initial problems of screen appearance and slow speed of my laptop were resolved quickly at a fair price. However, I had problems with re establishing my email app due to problems at Virgin Media. I was supported for 4.5 hours including 2 hours on the phone to Virgin. This was well beyond any reasonable expectation of help. In addition Universal kept me calm and reasoned despite my frustration. It was finally resolved. Well done to Universal. They have also helped resolve a previous issue with another computer. I have no hesitation in strongly recommending the excellent service offered by Universal.
Brang my pc down which had a problem starting up. I had taken it to a previous shop which said they can’t fix it as it will cost more to repair then to buy a new one. Once I had taken it here. They called me back in half an hour telling me the problem and then i collected it within and hour fully working. Sorted it out professionally and gave me a good price to fix it. Will definitely be using them again in the near future. Great service and great staff.
Brought my parts of a PC into the store, with pins on the CPU already damaged and possible damage to the motherboard.
Got it assembled then up and running with all software (drivers, updating motherboard, etc) installed within a few hours with no problems regardless.
No complaints, simple service and answered all my questions.
