SCAM! This place took our money to the tune of 9k and we have been after them since JUNE to either get the product or get our money back. Email after email of false promises and excuses and here we are in November and still nothing. IF you are contacted by Universal Technology or Kirby Chang don’t fall for it. We have been in contact with lawyers as well as the RCMP and are awaiting for information regarding our next move. Hopefully these comments will stop someone else from being frauded and scammed.
BEWARE! They scammed us for 9000$ for phones they did not send! DO NOT SEND ANY MONEY! Kirby Chang the owner always come back with a new story that he will refund us, but it’s been the same thing since June. Lies, lies and more lies. The RCMP is aware and have already assembled a lot of businesses that have been scammed by this man. He will also convince you to remove your comment to be refund. DONT DO IT !
SCAM company, do not send $ in advance. It appears that Kirby Chiang and Universal are a SCAM. I have paid money up front, then the excuses started almost immediately. I was gone, my team was supposed to contact you, shippers cant pick up, etc. Do NOT pay ANYTHING before you receive your product.
