I had A HORRIBLE experience with an Iphone 13 Pro Max camera repair. I had broken the camera of my iphone over a year before but was never prompted to go fix it but because I’m about to go on vacation I thought I would try a 3rd party repairs shop to fix my phone. Keep in my mind my phone was in perfect condition besides it took blurry photos and videos on the 1x zoom.

I go into the store and the person there came off as pleasant and confident that he would be able to fix the camera and the photo quality. I had looked at the reveiws and most of the some seemed positive so i figured whats the worst that can happen.. I WAS WRONG..

it took one day to fix the camera and when i went back aesthetically the camera was fixed from the outside but the camera quality was still blurry and when i pointed that they said that is the best they could do and there isnt anything further they can do to fix the camera quality. i was irritated and frustrated and when i asked for significant discount for the service (75 bucks instead of 100)– they laughed and said that wasnt possible it would have to be a 10% discount maximum. I foolishly paid them the 90 because I felt i had no other choice.

I had left the store by 5pm and by 11:30pm my phone was completely broken. it started out with glitching and blinking before the phone completely blacks out and stops working all together. i can hear people texting me and calling but with a blacked out screen.

I call them this morning (next day)- very upset and explained what I experienced and immediately blamed me for what happened. The same man i had met said that it was undoubtedly an unrelated issue to the service they provided and that they had nothing to do with it and would NOT refund me my money. After a heated exchange, he offered to call the manufacturer and if they said it was not his fault then he would charge me for the time it took to make the call and if they said it was his fault that he would charge me for the service it would take for them to “fix” it. I have never seen a person with less integrity handle their business. Ultimately I am out over 1000 to buy a new phone and 100 to these crooks.

DON’T GO HERE FOR ANY REPAIRS!! I had a horrible experience with this business. They robbed me of $150 for a bogus screen repair that i notice less than 24hrs of picking up the laptop and then wanted to blame me for it. The (short) guy who fixed it was rude, condescending and very aggressive, when I asked him about their warranty policy we discussed the day I picked it up. Guys, please remember read that paper they make you sign for their service. I was stupid enough to trust that they won’t rob me and didn’t read it. When I asked to please see the paper. The same guy began yelling at me and then refuse to show me the paper. I asked that he not yell at me and if he continues I will call the cops. Obviously, its a civil dispute so the cops can’t do much. With this kind of service this business will not survive. It was recommended by a neighbor but I will not recommend this business to anyone. Worst service I’ve ever experienced. Don’t go here!!!

Thanks to Unlimitek. I have gone there with 2 of my bad phones that were completely written off but these guys somehow brought them to life at a very low charge compare to some other technician I visited.
Reading the long episode of the client who said they defrauded her, I think you should have come to an agreement with them. If he decided to call the manufacturer as regard the matter, I feel that would have been a reasonable ground for you too. These machines are unpredictable.
