I went to Uptown Computers originally to diagnose a certain issue with my old Gaming PC. Thomas, the technician, was very helpful in helping me understand a bit more about computing and where my issues could be. When talking to Thomas I began to think about building my dream Gaming PC.
It was shortly after that I decided to ask Uptown Computers to put together a build based on my needed specifications (and let me tell you my experience was amazing).

After signing the contract to begin building my pc they jumped right into building straight away!
The quality of the build I received was beyond amazing. My dream computer was now a reality. The cable work was some of the best that I have ever seen.

I had bought a laptop from here a year or 2 ago, and was having problems from the very start. (With the charging cord) I took it in, and they assured me it was fine, that it was totally normal for the cord to do that, and they showed me how to “make sure” it was charging. After the 30 day guarantee, you’re pretty much stuck with your purchase…. So of course, the 1st 30 days are always great, but it’s when after the 30 days you have any issues, “oh well”!!!! I also thought the laptop I bought, had more GB than it actually did, so that was another misconception! Now, it doesn’t charge at all, so I can’t even use it!
All in all, I will NEVER buy from here again! I’d rather go to Walmart or London Drugs and get a brand new 1 for the same price!!!

I live in the neighbourhood and came across this place while tracking down a UPS delivery issue which led me to this UPS ‘drop off’ site – and that’s how I discovered this excellent computer support team (which is the main part of this store’s business)! It’s a new owner from what I understand, and the tech guys are total professionals who know what they are doing. I’m very grateful to have found this service because I need a knowledgeable team I can rely on and trust.
