Very professional, when my computer crashed I sent it to free diagnosis – I got clear and robust explanation about the problem (Sadly my hard drive died). Eventually I gladly had it repaired there with a full trust that it’s the best that should be done.
Even with the sad situation the treatment I got from Matthias was incredible, he explained every thing to me – with the possible results and costs. nothing was done without fully explaining it to me before and getting my consent. He even translated the form I signed before the diagnosis to English.
Mir wurde der Laden von einer Freundin empfohlen. Ich wurde super beraten und konnte meinen Laptop am nachsten Tag wieder gesund abholen. Herr H. war ausserst kompetent, nett und hat mir ein gutes Gefuhl (wenn man selbst keine Ahnung hat find ich das sehr wichtig) gegeben. Der Preis dafur war meines Erachtens mehr als fair. Absolute Empfehlung daher auch von mir.
