Went in to get my iPhone 12 Pro max screen replaced. Less than a week after the screen was replaced the screen blacked out. I went back and they replaced it as it was clearly a defect. Once that screen was replaced I had been given a screen that was also defected as the touchscreen didn’t work as it should so I got a third screen. But the problems don’t end, this screen filled the front camera lens up with dust and eventually the mic stopped working completely so I can’t speak to people on the phone without it being on speaker. I gave up for a while as they couldn’t fix the issue, after a few months I went back and asked them to fix it as it was annoying to not be able to call anyone. The man in the shop made out that it is a normal thing for dust to build up in the front camera lens when no one else I work with or anyone I know has never had this issue. He said he would clean it out but lied and replaced the phone screen and didn’t tell me, he then charged me PS25 for the clean out when it should have been covered under my warranty as the screen was once again defected. I wouldn’t have minded the new phone screen but once again it has the touchscreen issue I had with one of the previous screens.

Waste of time, wanted PS200 to repair s10 screen, Got told if I got my own screen they would fit for PS25, took my own screen in i bought for PS45 after waiting 3 weeks for it to arrive, was told come back it would be done, went back in expecting it to be done, told me my own screen I ordered was no good side buttons didn’t work, complete pack of lies, I took it to FONE SHOP and he done it for me, phone works perfectly, AVOID VANDELLA, want you to spend a fortune on there original parts, FONE SHOP is the way forward for fone repairs

I called the shop and they told me to come in right away. When I arrived, the technician quickly diagnosed the issue, cleaned my phone, and it was good as new. Incredibly, they didn’t even charge me for the service! The staff was extremely friendly and professional, making my stressful day so much better.
