“Worst Experience Ever – A Laughable Disaster!”

I recently had the misfortune of dealing with vape x cell when I needed to replace the battery on my iPhone 11 Pro max.

Unfortunately, what was supposed to be a routine procedure turned into an absolute nightmare, leaving me with a swollen phone and a company that couldn’t care less.

First and foremost, the replacement battery they installed caused my iPhone 11 Pro max to swell up like a balloon. I was shocked and disappointed to see my once sleek and reliable device turned into a ticking time bomb. Concerned for my safety and the well-being of my device, I promptly returned to vape x cell seeking an explanation and a resolution.

To my dismay, the response I received from the owner was not only unhelpful but downright disrespectful. When I explained the issue with the swollen phone, the technician had the audacity to tell me that I shouldn’t charge my phone to 100%. Excuse me? Are we living in the dark ages? Last time I checked, smartphones are designed to handle a full charge without turning into a hazardous object.

What infuriated me even more was the owners dismissive attitude and the fact that they laughed in my face. Laughed! I was expecting a professional and responsible response to a serious issue, not mockery and indifference.

This has caused my screen to crack too.
