I asked Dan from Venus Repair Centre to see if he could repair my Acer Touch Screen PC as I had cracked it when moving house and was devistated. My curser was flying about all over the place on its own and rendered the PC useless. I was desperate as I use the PC daily for my website and hosting business. He managed to source a new screen in the USA but it was a fortune! He cleverly suggested that if I didn’t use the touch screen facility that much, (I didn’t at all) he could disconnect it and I would just use it as a normal PC. So he stuck a strip of plastic over the crack to stop it creaping further and removed the touch-screen ability. They actually had it sorted and back up and running for the following day. Both Andy and Dan are complete stars and I cannot thank them enough for the speedy repair. It was a clever and economical solution to what I thought was going to cost me a fortune… I reccommend them to all my friends, all of the time! Thanks Guys!

Absolutely shocking service had my xbox for over 3months and all they kept doing is coming up with excuses for 3months I would avoid them go somewhere better also got all the proof of the excuses and collected my xbox back and sent it off to Ebay to find out they have been swopping parts that didn’t need swapping and the company from Ebay fixed it within 4days,also robbed me of PS20 just to collect my xbox when they didn’t eithen do anything but change a chip and swop parts that didn’t need swapping AVOID THESE AT ALL COST

This repairs shop is on Market street opposite the indoor market. Staff customer service skills were very good. I took my DVD player to these after it got stuck, it wouldn’t open. They managed to fix the problem for me. Two days later I got a phone call to let me know my DVD player was ready to be collected. They charge me PS15.00. Yes I would recommend this business to anyone who as a problem with a laptop, tablet, mobile phone, game consoles
