Where to start. I work remotely and my laptop is my life when I’m out of town. So when my whole computer froze up and became totally inoperative I panicked. Found Vernon Tech Solutions on Google and gave him a call. Gave him a quick summary of the problem and went over to drop my laptop off. Two hours later I got a call and was ready for pickup. What?! I thought it would be a week minimum. Got my laptop back and it was running like brand new. All and all a fantastic experience. Totally professional and knowledgable. I received a courtesy call and text to make sure things were running fine the next day. Unbeatable price and speedy work. 10/10 it pays to go through the local businesses and not the big box stores. Awesome service!!!!

I was in a hurry to get a computer cleaned, so I googled computer tech in Vernon and everyone said it would be 4 to 5 days, I stumbled onto Vernon Tech Solutions called at approximately 4:30pm Tilo said he could have it done by 8 PM the same day. When I picked up the computer that same night I told Tilo I had another computer that I brought with me that had gone into a shop in Kelowna but they couldn’t fix it, Tilo took that computer and called me approximately an hour later said it was fixed. Both computers run like they are brand new, I won’t use anyone else, highly recommend, great price and a very polite fellow to deal with, thanks for everything!

Tilo is fantastic! He explains all the work that needs to get done before, during and afterwards. He services are fast and he is efficient with his time. I had called Apple about my computer multiple times and had then sign onto my computer to see what I was seeing and they couldn’t tell me what was wrong. 30seconds after Tilo opened my computer he noticed it needed a few updates (updates apple doesn’t offer anymore cuz if you miss one your SOL). I thought my computer and hard drive were toast and that I’d never find someone who’d be able to fix it, until Tilo. Thanx Tilo
