I had a problem with a PC I’d built myself. Wasn’t able to get it to boot up. I knew the fix. Anthony knew his stuff he did a few checks on his side and gave me options. Later that day I popped in I handed over my new baby. Few hours later he’d gone over it top to bottom. Sadly wasn’t able to fix but he gave me great advice and some other possible fixes I could try myself. He also mentioned a few things I’d missed whilst building it (fans the wrong way) such a great customer experience. If I have any other issues I will be knocking on his door again. Made a really dumb mistake with my Motherboard and didn’t use the right screws, dropped off my computer here and they responded quite swiftly within a few hours and managed to locate the problem, gave me decent instructions to stop the issue, and offered me optional extras like another fan to allow better airflow in my case for quite cheap. Overall the experience was great and the cost was just short of PS30 including some new screws, screw standoffs and some blanking plates to slightly improve cooling/airflow
