It is not often you come across an honest, fair, knowledgeable person who is willing to help you on a Saturday. That is exactly what I found with Vince today. He diagnosed and fixed my custom built PC in less than 2 hours on a SATURDAY. Quoted and charged me the exact same fair (I would consider it a huge value for the work he did) price, was just a pleasure to talk with and very easy to do business with. We bought a laptop for an EXCELLENT price a year ago from Vince; he set us up with all the operating systems we needed for our business start up venture and provided us with our warranty numbers. Awesome device, no issues, but was assured with ‘guaranteed customer service’ should there be any trouble. Our handshake sealed the warranty. It was ‘old school’ bliss.
