So here is a complicated situation, and I do have a sort of positive and negative experience, I took my pc in for a swap out did exactly as I asked, but they kept my old case and all the components I wanted back, let that slide, so now I go back for a PSU to be put In along with a new motherboard.

Gets the PC back minus the spare cables and spare parts with my motherboard.

Now while all this is going on my ilad is in for repair, gets it fixed at a cost of PS155 for the port and battery to be replaced, lasts a little more than a month, now I’m back at square one with the iPad only charging when it wants to.

My 3 star review is I have had a previous dealing with vision and was brilliant, but on this occasion I can’t help feel as though I wa t to stay clear now and just learn to do things myself.

Following enquiries into getting a couple of laptops repaired took them in for repair. Having waited 3 weeks for notification of repair cost estimates and / or notification of completion, and despite chasing twice for updates, absolutely no feedback received. In the end revisited premises to find no progress made on any units, so retrieved and will find suitable service provision elsewhere.

Great service today at this place. Don’t overcharge what you need doing as long as this company is running Wouldn’t take my phone or laptops anywhere else. And very fast had done within hour or so. Took a iPhone for screen repair here few years back aswel both times fantastic staff and service.
