I had walked passed Monmouth’s Vision Computer Centre many times and not seen it. When my laptop became unhinged from it’s screen – disaster – I was recommended to go to Mark. What a find! He knows his stuff, he accessed and transferred all data to a new laptop, which he set up. Since then has sorted me for other things. Not being so very technically minded it is a real relief to know there is the nugget of expertise sitting quietly next to Waitrose… I highly recommend Mark and he is now my ‘go to’ on techie stuff.

Took my Acer aspire one in for a checkup as it was very unwell. Had a hard drive replacement for 90pounds, google and edge installed and when I mentioned a processor he installed Microsoft word starter and excel starter in 10 minutes which I was over the moon about. It now runs as good as new.very nice guy very helpful and very quick service. Thanks
