Incredibly satisfied. Wasn’t sure if the installation team would pull it off to make a long story short, I ordered a 100-in TV for my basement and paid for the delivery and installation because I knew it would not be easy to get into the basement. The installer Taylor came but seemed doubtful but still attempted what I asked. Successfully getting the 100-in TV into my basement and hanging it on the wall. Ryan, the salesman was a pleasure to deal with. Gave me straightforward answers and did exactly what I asked. All in all a fantastic experience. Thank you guys
