Visions Electronics made me feel like family from the moment I walked in! I’ve had several systems installed over the years in many vehicles, and this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had. Due to the complexity of the installation and my changing preferences, I had to come in for several visits, and each time was exceptional. Matt and James were incredibly helpful throughout the process. On my first visit, Matt even went out of his way to call Murray on his day off to ensure all my questions were answered. Murray was outstanding–he would call me to confirm any changes if something unexpected came up or if he had better solutions to what I wanted. The entire team listened to what I wanted and truly exceeded my expectations. Every team member was friendly, respectful, and genuinely dedicated to making sure I left happy, satisfied, and well taken care of. Their attention to detail and exceptional customer care made the whole experience seamless and enjoyable. The customer service at this location is always great and friendly. However do not let them talk you into getting the extended warranty unless you think you will need it. I bought the extended warranty on everything when shopping there as I was always told you get your money back as in store credit if you don’t use it. So recently my warranties expired sent in my rebate form only to find out that you need to spend double your rebate to use it. If your rebate is 200$ you need to spend 400$ in store to use it. This is the biggest scam I have ever seen!!! Will I still shop at visions ….maybe….this has left a bad taste in my mouth and now I don’t think I can trust anything visions tells me about their warranty without reading all the fine print before agreeing to it. Big purchases over 1000$ I would still buy warranty but I would caution you for getting warranty on small purchases

We purchased a TV over a month ago and in the last week the speakers started to randomly crackle and cut out completely. It was past our 30 day warranty when we called them, but John assured us that they’d still take care of us – and they did, even upgraded us for no cost.

It’s refreshing to find such helpful and customer focused businesses. Thank you so much!
