At first when I came to visions on Father’s day and bought my system from sunny I was very happy. He accommodated me by asking the installers for coming in on a Sunday to have my car audio system installed. I was happy with the deal and happy with the purchase so I figured I’ll let them install my system too. I dropped off my car on a Saturday night they let me keep in indoors so not to have any issues happen with my car left out over night, everything was great. I came the next day to get my car it looked great sounded good. Signed the papers left. I was on the highway and I noticed I could here my engine a couple minutes later then the pillar was not replaced properly.I stopped parked and realized the dash is not connected and the runner on the floor is broken. I called sunny and let him know. This is where I realized I got duped. I brought my car to another audio place and they told me that the work was extremely poor. The engine bay where the power cord went through the grommet was not replaced that’s why I heard the engine. The wiring to the amplifier is not protected from exposed wire. The dash has been cracked and the pillar has not been connected properly. I can’t believe I paid close to 800.00$ for installation. I bought the car and I guess someone did the audio themselves and did a bad job that’s why I bought new audio system to fix it. I was left speechless. You know when I called sunny back to tell him how unhappy I was with the installer he said being it back and we will fix it. In the same breath said I should be happy because the installer came Sunday for me. I will never come to visions again.
