If it was possible to put 0 stars, I would. We bought a home theatre ($$$) in this store. These guys are very nice when you buy from them, but mean after all. We paid $400.00 for the installation of the whole theatre. However they came and installed only the screen and projector. They are very unprofessional : they came without a ladder to set up a screen and projector to the ceiling. In less than an hour they left everything unfinished because they had to go for another job they said. They left a complete mess after themselves. We complained to the store. But the store manager was mean and rude to us. They insisted that they were suppose to install only the screen and projector for $400.00(!!!), but not the rest of the stuff. How convenient. It was “black and white” on the receipt that installation of the screen and projector is $0.00 and the installation of the whole labour unit (the rest of the stuff) is $400.00. When we called them to complain, they did not agree on the stories of the explanation to us)) First, they said they discounted to us this $400 and then they said that we paid only for the installation of the screen and projector. All in all, very disappointed about this store, we will never going there again. We were waiting for our order forever. They kept changing the order because something was not available. Then they did not do what we paid for and refused a reimbursement of the installation fee of $400. Very rude, mean and unprofessional. I know why they have so many empty parking spots and nobody is in the store. Check Costco, no parking is available and crowds of people. Just to compare. Do not buy there!
