George Chaplin at Visions is the most helpful and knowledgeable sales associate I have ever had. I purchased a Samsung Frame TV and needed an installer. I was a little undecided about the frame as I had just done a major renovation and concerned about the one connect box. George explained the process exactly and found an excellent installer. I felt like I was talking to my Dad! He phoned to make sure I was happy with my purchase twice!!! I would highly recommend George and would never shop anywhere else.
I rarely give electronic store reviews as it’s usually meets expectations. I did my home work and figured out the TV I wanted. I called Visions and Rythem the Sales Manager picked up. I told him the model and price I was looking for. He said no problem – can deliver it the next day. They came next day on time and set up my TV/ Wi-Fi- worth the delivery charge of $120 for peace of mind. The entire deal was done over the phone – didn’t need to go into the shop.
I was helped here by George Chaplin – he helped me find the camera I was looking for. I was leaving for a trip, so I was on a tight timeline, and he was able to get it for me quick. He went above and beyond to make sure I got my camera before I left, special ordering it for me when it ran out of stock from the original warehouse. He was efficient and effective.
