Absolutely unprofessional compared to the east end location..

I encountered a communication issue while picking up an item I bought. The guy running customer service was very unprofessional, as he attempted to escalate such a small issue in front of other customers and children. Visibly I could see other shoppers becoming uncomfortable with the employees actions, even though I tried to calm
Him down and reason with him. He would not let me talk.

At the end of the day. I did walk home with my PREPAID FOR item, but it was a horrible experience as the customer service guy barely gave me a chance to speak

I would highly recommend going to the east location as the workers there are actually reasonable

The staff went way beyond than anyplace I have ever dealt with. I bought a new phone and they drove all the way to one of the other stores to pick up the phone I wanted .( I travel Paratransit) so I might have not gotten it today but whenever a bus was available. Also while he was gone we did all the paper work.Got me a chair to sit on as we did the work. Staff were amazing. When my daughter came to pick me up they answered all her questions too. Best service of any business in the city I have ever had .

I haven’t shopped there in a few years, and I needed some outdoor speakers for a local restaurant in the city. I do maintenance for Original Joe’s Restaurant. Visions employee, suggested Polk audio speakers, very helpful, very knowledgable and very friendly Man. They told me if I do not like these I could get full money back..
I installed the speakers, and I am so amazed of the sound and quality !!! they recommend this brand. They know what they’re talking about I highly recommend visions.
