I went to this location looking for a new TV and was very happy with the service I received from Morgan. He was very educated on the different brands and gave me multiple options fitting my budget and needs. He was also able to outline pros of cons of each, allowing me to make the best decision for myself. I also appreciated his patience, as I asked a lot of questions and took awhile to make my decision.
I dealt with Morgan when buying a new TV and was very impressed with his service. Since then, I’ve gone back to buy several more products. He’s incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, always ready to answer any questions and offer expert advice. I wouldn’t want to deal with anybody else when it comes to buying anything audio-visual.
Ezra and Joe were exceptional, in assisting and helping us find what we needed. They answered all the questions and took their time with us, didn’t rush through. I highly recommend these guys, the customer service was a 10/10. They care about their customers!!We will def be back for more purchases.
