Can’t give these guys enough credit. Darryl, the installer was absolutely top notch. Did not try to oversell me on upgrades to my home system. In the end, we added some Sonos components (amp and outdoor speakers) while taking advantage of my existing system by actually removing some of the older speakers from the system that were creating redundancies. He went over and above the call of duty and now my place sounds fantastic and I didn’t have to break the bank. His response time and install time was incredibly quick and thorough. Thanks again Darryl!

Anyways, Cliff at the store was great too – super easy to deal with and offered me a very reasonable price on my purchases.

I originally bought the Samsung TV at Visions as they offered very competitive prices and good service. I recently returned to arrange for the TV to be reinstalled and to upgrade the mount. Joe was very helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy but had an excellent solution. His installer, Darryl, was able to come to us very quickly, and I can’t say enough about the good job he did. Professional, and very knowledgeable. He knows his stuff. Courteous and took the time not only to install properly but also to test and to review everything with us. In the process he discovered an old HDMI cable was incompatible with a 4K signal and replaced it. Our TV has never looked so good.

Very happy with the purchase of my new TV and sound bar . Cliff at the front desk was polite and very<> to assist me . And Darryl very professional, clean, and efficient. Also before he left made sure that I would understand how everything worked. If you need anything concerning electronics I would strongly recommend to ask both of their help Cliff and Darryl . They make a great team .
