I came in with a specific set of products in mind, and Paul took the time to thoroughly explain its benefits and demonstrate how it compared to other options. In the end, instead of letting us simply come in and buy a TV, Paul made sure we were making an informed decision and helped us invest in a system that was not much more expensive, but extensively more impressive. They helped us create a completely overwhelming home theater experience that exceeded our expectations, and for people who like to stay home most of the time, that’s incredibly valuable. There was absolutely no rush to us, regardless of how close it was to closing time, and no pressure to purchase additional products. We were encouraged to take our time and return if we decided we wanted more items. Sure enough, we returned for a sound system, and the service was just as exceptional the second time around.
I typically default to Costco.ca, because they include delivery and extend the standard 1-year warranty to 2, but after stopping in at Visions, that will no longer be the case. Not only does Visions also offer the 2-year Warranty as default, but you can purchase additional warranty (Which holds an extra set of perks) and they manage to have prices cheaper than LITERALLY anywhere else. Not a single item we saw wasn’t the best price out there, and they still managed to offer deals better than their already competitive prices. Their exceptional service didn’t end there, though. Despite their Saturday being almost over, they went above and beyond to accommodate us and deliver our setup immediately after purchase. You won’t get THAT anywhere else.
I’m not sure how Visions has never come up as suggestion on my Google searches in the past, but after stopping in here, Paul and Mark have earned not only our business, but our enthusiastic recommendation to everyone we know. We will definitely be returning for all of our future needs.

Well, I have multiple points to hit with this.

1. I called in advance and pre-described what my car is and what I needed for a head unit installation, and the service store employees gave me a ball park of the price I might pay.

2. With securing photos and having my vehicle inspected briefly I was made aware how easy some parts of the process might be which was great to hear, and I was informed it might be a 1 day, or 2 day install.

3. The level of professionalism and just a nice balance of casual communication really made the interaction between staff and the experience really nice.

4. Once the head unit was installed and functional, I was able to speak with Jeff afterward, and he told me some of the quirks that are fixable and ran down key things to note and understand my car alot better.

5. With the car complete and installed, finished, I was more than happy to see the result made by the hands of Jeff and know that my car was left in the hands of people who care about this area of technology work and openly communicating recommendations or possible technical changes.

In the end, I will definitely continue business here and follow recommendations based on well backup opinions and knowledge the staff and team provide. Excellent service, guys.

I went in to get a music set up for home, and was helped out by Adam Musse. He was able to keep the cost of everything close to my budget, which was important since getting a full set up can get costly.

Adam knew what he was talking about and could answer any questions I had. If he wasn’t sure, he found out very fast.

I had an issue with the first turntable I bought, but Adam and the manager, James, was able to help me out and get it sorted with no problems. Now everything works fine, sounds great, and is perfect for annoying my neighbors!
