Paid premium price for car audio product and installation.

Pre installation the manager said that I would not have to remove my fold out flooring under the fold down seats. This was important because my dog sits in the back of the quad cab. On the day of installation the manager lied and said that he told me that the fold out floor would be removed.

I choose to have the product that I already paid for installed because it was nort refundable. This was because I ordered a premium stealth box that had to come in from another company. I was assured that with the stealth box my fold out seats could remain.

Post installation, my heated seats did not work. I spoke to the installer and he laughed at me and said that it was not his fault, that he did not touch my seat and that he would not look at the truck. This hinted at an elementary understanding of electronics as an amplifier was installed under the dash and a fuse could have easily been burnt, especially because wires were hooked to my battery.

I emailed the manager who set up an appointment to look at the truck. He said nothing wrong was found and that these heated seat fuses always blow in my model. He told me that if I could prove that it was their fault then visions would pay for the repair.

If you are looking for a great deal on any electronics, look no further! I would highly recommend the pembina Visions location!! I popped by this past weekend with my girlfriend as we were looking for a new tv and had an amazing visit. I was greeted and helped right away by Tasin who helped me narrow down my search to exactly what I was looking for. Initially I was going in for a sony 55′ but the tv I wanted would have taken 4 days to get here as they did not have any in stock in Winnipeg.

I was then helped by the store manager, which having a bit more authority was able to give me an outstanding deal on a nicer Samsung tv they had in stock, I even had enough room to also get a soundbar as a bundle, which was also discounted! Put a huge smile on both me and my girls face.
