I went to Visions on Regent Ave. to meet with Victoria to change cell phone providers. I was not looking forward to the experience as I manage a family plan with 8 lines. To my surprise, the changeover was seamless and quick! Victoria gave me some options on plans and then recommended one that fit our needs perfectly. Very quickly she had all lines switched over to the new provider and was a pleasure to deal with. They even got me a chair to sit down while she did the changeover! Nothing but respect and gratitude to Victoria and the staff at Visions. She turned a nightmare situation into a dream. I will see Victoria going forward for all my cell phone needs, and suggest you do the same.

My wife and I went to this location for the purpose of purchasing a Television. After looking at the several display models and not knowing anything about the newest technology in stepped Manny. Not only did he give excellent explanations regarding the different makes, models and sizes, he took into consideration our old technology such as a DVD Player and VHS to still be functional. After giving us all of the information that we could ever need he left us to decide without any pressure to purchase. That compounded with the sale that was on at that time left me no choice but to go up in price point, and I am glad I did. We took home a fantastic product with zero buyers remorse.

Manny offered excellent customer service to my daughters and I when purchasing our sound system products. His friendly, approachable, and entertaining personality was definitely the highlight of our multiple interactions with him at the store. He also was very confident and knowledgeable about all the products and their features ensuring that we got the best deals and products which made the buying process much easier!
