I went into Visions in Burlington, purely by accident on April 4, 2024. I was actually on my way to Best Buy to purchase a new television. I am so glad that I stopped at Visions. My experience initially with Alex Inman, who patiently listened to my requirements and explained the various options, so I was comfortable in my choice. Donovan Nguyen also worked patiently with me to come up with a price which was in line with what I could afford – I am 81 years old and like other pensioners, am on a budget. They both helped to get the television into my car, and actually cautioned me to be careful driving home! I have related this experience to anyone in my circle who would require this level of service and care. I am also delighted with my new purchase.

My husband and I were in the Burlington location today. I have to say the experience was by far the best! Chad provided amazing customer service, was super knowledgeable. He took the time to help us find the right TV, surround sound and mount for our home. This was by far a better customer experience and price wise experience than the big Box Store we are all use to going to for our TV needs. I will return again if I need any thing audio visual in the future! I will also highly recommend to others! Thank you Chad for all your help and the cost savings! Can’t wait to pick up our equipment and start watching !!

When my microwave broke the warranty was still valid. I contacted the store and received immediate attention from Gami and Alex. The installer, Tony, and his assistant, Dariah (forgive me for my misspelling) were extremely helpful and committed to ensure that I was happy with the service and installation. I have only had the new LG microwave for one day but so far I am happy with it’s performance. All in all Visions on Brant St. in Burlington came through for me and I am grateful.
