Save your time and money, shop somewhere else. Brutal customer service and communication, from walking into the store and seeing every employee huddled up, to standing in the store for 10 minutes before getting some assistance, being put on hold until the call drops, to needing to explain the same issue to multiple employees before getting some “help”. I bought a head unit for my truck from here, and have had multiple issues with it. So I had it replaced under warranty, which was a huge task in its self. And then I was charged $200 for labour and shop materials on what was originally a warranty claim. Right after finding out the replacement head unit was not even installed correctly. all wires were not plugged in and the head unit was not up to date. And then I was told I would be charged again for them to take a look at it to diagnose the problem. Very poor work for people who say your satisfaction is guaranteed and call them selves “electronics experts” DO NOT SHOP HERE

I had an extremely disappointing experience purchasing a Samsung soundbar from this store. Upon receiving the package, it became evident that the soundbar was not new as advertised. It had clearly been opened before, and to compound the issue, essential cords and the remote were missing. When I brought this to the attention of the manager, their response was equally unsatisfactory. They claimed that perhaps another customer had returned it and they mistakenly thought it wasn’t open. This explanation is simply unacceptable. As a consumer, I expect transparency and honesty when making purchases, especially at full price. The lack of accountability and the missing components have severely impacted my trust in this store . I’m deeply dissatisfied with this experience.

Worst place to make a purchase. I bought my appliances with them and I added extended warranty to my fridge. The icemaker stop working and it has been literally one year of me calling, trying to get a resolution from there. Yet, neither of the store managers have had the decency to call me back or to look at my case at all. They have asked me to send a picture of my fridge reference, which I did, yet they keep asking me to send a picture back. The extended warranty is just to get you to pay more but when it comes to actually use it they put 0 effort into helping the client, every single call they ask the same questions and a “case gets created” which takes you nowhere. Please don’t spend your money at this store, it is not worth your time and effort.
