Great experience with Visions Electronics Hamilton. Walked in, were greeted by Robin and Neel. Told them I wanted to compare two TV’s. They had both on display. They went through all the features and differences between each TV. Made a decision and they said they could deliver it within a week. Five days later Neel called to say they could deliver that day. Set up technician Tony, and to my surprise Robin arrived with the large TV. In a short period of time they had the TV out of the box, put together and put into position. They were very thorough in setting up the different options for the TV’s operation, making sure we understood how to operate the TV. They also answered all of our questions. Very happy with our new TV. Very knowledgeable and friendly people at Visions Electronics Hamilton.

Best service and shopping experience ever! Staff went above and beyond to give me the best price for the units I wanted to purchase. Robin was very knowledgeable about receivers, TV’s, speakers. etc. He provided advice on what would best suit my needs, and didn’t try to talk me into more pricey items. Tony was amazing during the installation of my 65″ TV, and ensured the TV was at the proper height for optimum viewing. He also ensured my new sound system was hooked up properly and working, walked me through the features of TV, and remote, and ensured all my devices were working through the new receiver. I highly recommend this store, and I will definitely visit again when I am in need of new equipment.

We bought a new 75″ Samsung TV recently from Visions from Azeem; one of the managers. He was very knowledgeable and gave us an amazing deal and service throughout our purchase. He was wonderful to deal with!! Also the home installation team of Tony and Varoon were very efficient and didn’t leave our house till all our devices were set up and working!
