Really nice staff in the ashton branch, I can’t thank them enough for sorting my wife out a new phone which she needed urgently, they couldn’t swap over her number immediately but had clever ways around that problem, my boy has medical conditions that means she needs to be contactable always.

The staff stayed later than their 5:30 finish to ensure my wife got a phone and didn’t grimace or rush to close up, we truly felt like big spenders or even royalty!

I can’t think of the last time we received such fantastic service, a really great team at this branch in every way, it was a really refreshing experience.

Really disappointed, the wife and I went in for her to get a phone, I thought while I was there I decided to go for the pixel 8 pro as my contract was due to finish. I was told it would be two weeks which was ok as my contract was due to expire around the time. 3 and half weeks later still no phone just kept text messages saying they will update me in ten days to let me know what’s going on

Long and short of it, never got the phone, they failed to provide and still havnt received my refund of upfront cost.

James a staff member from the Vodafone shop very unfriendly no smile no nice dealing very dry and spot behaviour with me for any unknown reason.

I tried my best to keep the conversation friendly but James never responded back nicely so my experience wasn’t very good visiting this place on behalf of Vodafone at all.
