Absolutely useless. Lied directly to us about our order and refused to take responsibility for failing to deal with our problems. Phone was 4 days late as they hadn’t informed us it had arrived then we miraculously had the email while sitting there! Their phone is constantly turned off so you can’t contact them.
Love this store, having bought wardrobes, bed settle, pillows and gorgeous fur lined 7.5 tog duvets. All good quality and reasonable prices. Wheelchair accessible entrance, car park on a bit of a slope. Ample walking room inside store. Staff very helpful. Highly recommend to shop here.
