Extremely unhelpful, my daughter went in to keep her old number and transfer to her new sim, the staff member who she was dealing with was rude and patronising speaking down to her like she is a child. She is 24 and a nurse who works long hrs this was her day off to sort this out. The other staff member that was in was just grinning at her. She left the store with the issue not resolved and feeling humiliated by this person who quite clearly should not be customer service. Unfortunately she didn’t get his name as I would have put in a formal complaint.

Visited this morning as just received my new Experian mobile and was very confused regarding setup.
Sarah, the manager was absolutely superb with regard all my queries. She was both pleasant and efficient in handling all aspects and has a thorough knowledge and understanding of customer needs.
I would surely visit again should I have any future queries or problems.

Excellent service by Jeff, explained everything to me and made sure I was aware of everything step by step ( granted the shop was empty lol ) with the current global situation it’s nice to see shops opening up again, I’m not a ‘online’ person I like to go to actual shops to buy stuff, plus have the advantages ( sometimes ) of a sales person to help.
