Normally I don’t go into mobile phone shops…. anything I tend to order or need a tend to do over the phone or over live chat etc but on this occasion Vodafone told me for me to get my new SIM card with the same number I have to go into the Vodafone shop so I went into the Vodafone shop in pontypridd on 18.12.2023 and the lady that served me was absolutely fantastic 10/10 politeness professionalism she was absolutely fantastic, super pleasant to talk to and I cannot fault it at all sorry I forgot your name but you are a true asset to the store it was very pleasant talking to you about my staffy dog so you’ll probably remember me now but thank you very much everything went brilliant.
I was having trouble with my phone and took it here where I was told they would send away for a week ! I asked for a replacement and was told there were none as only 7 available in Wales? What a joke. Can’t wait until my contract ends ! They are a joke . And the staff rude
AVOID STORE AT ALL COSTS, terrible attitude towards customers especially the gum chewing girl with dark hair, do not let her touch your mobile at all – unless you want your details on the dark web for sale!!
