The staff here are excellent… knowledgeable, conscientious and friendly. We had a very tricky request involving 3rd parties, different countries, account moves and upgrades and a very tight timeline, and Dan spent time with us and unpicked and solved all the problems as they came up and explained everything extremely clearly. The shop manager Charlotte also had input and they managed to get us both sorted effectively. Just fantastic service.
