My mam, 82, changed to Vodafone and the landline phone would not receive calls. Simon dealt with our problem extremely effectively highlighting to technicians her age etc and the phone was sorted later that day. A huge relief to the family and my mam. So HUGE thanks to Simon.
Poor experience at this store on 2 occasions. Don’t like to leave negative reviews but really taken aback by lack of professionalism. Treating customers with respect should be any stores highest priority. Such a shame that this isn’t the case.. I won’t visit this store again.
