The manager Chris Grosse at Vodafone St Austell is the one of the most ignorant people I have come across.
He thinks its fine to shout across the shop at customers whilst serving another customer, he will not listen to reason and has no interest in helping you after they have sold you a mobile phone.
Avoid this place if you are looking for aftersales service as you will not receive it.

This store was a very good experience. All three staff were excellent customer service. They are very helpful with all information about broadband etc. Also helped me with my mobile. Highly recommended. Thank you.
Very informative staff member, much better than the manager who had dealt with previously. Knew his products and listened to what I needed etc. Thank you very good customer service!
