First it was Chris who was excellent and two weeks later, Oli solved an issue which had been ongoing for a month! My family and I are so grateful as it had been causing a lot of stress and I wasn’t getting anywhere with the customer service from o2 or Vodafone on the phone. Every member of staff we spoke to in store at Truro were so friendly and helpful. Thank you to you all for taking the time to listen and understand the situation. Oli, we think you’re fabulous!
George helped me replace my phone. I lost it in St Ives, so had to get a new one. He was friendly and helpful. But, the very big but: got back to Dawlish yesterday to find no calls or texts on my new phone. Seriously not impressed. I will have to now go to Newton Abbot on Thursday after work to sort it out. And yes I, have attempted to activate my new SIM via TOBI etc, but no joy.
Went to upgrade phone,the sales assistant Matt was helpful, but informed us that we couldn’t buy a new phone as his computer was not working properly, so informed us that he would phone us and let us know when they could sort us out,that was yesterday, haven’t heard from him since,and the deal we were being sold is finished today!
