Mr. Jalil in this store is the most warmhearted and helpful manager we have seen in Germany so far. He was very kind to help us with calling and talking in German on our behalf ( we don’t speak German). He made a letter for us to send in German language. He was very approachable, proactive and professional. That provided five star amazing service!!! We highly recommend this store!!!
