I have a very bad experience twice with the same employee.
First visit to the store:
I have lost my phone (that had my Vodafone Sim card). So, I went there to get a replacement for my Sim card. The employee was not supportive at all and didn’t care about solving my issues. He just keep answering my requests with no or with you can check it online. At the end he told me that he have created a request to replace my sim card and it will be sent to my address in 2 to 3 days.

I waited for 3 days and didn’t receive any thing.
Second visit(5th November 2021, 7:45 PM):
I went to ask him about any status or tracking of the request he refused and just kept saying no and told me to wait for another 3 days. At the end he gave me the customer support number to call.

When I called the customer support. They told me that this person haven’t performed replacement request at all and did not even suspended my old Sim card.

My bank account is linked to my phone number, I’ll be suffering for a week without having access to my money, because of the lie of the employee. Let alone that I could replace my O2 sim card in the store immediately.

I couldn’t even find anyway to file a complain.

Do not trust this place. They will take advantage of you and will take your money.
I went in to start a contract and they told me it wasn’t possible, a month later I am being charged. The specific employee who told me this was Mr. Blumerau. Vodaphone itself is a good company but that shop has the most shady type of people working in it. It gives vodaphone a bad name. After reading these other reviews, I believe an investigation should take place.

I have Good experience with this shop.

The employees are friendly and explaining and provides all information about the product we r looking for.

They attend all customers nice.
