I have been a Vodafone customer for 12 years now, and I won’t be changing any time soon.
I have always received good service when I came into the shop. Staff were friendly and polite, happy to help.
I had to use their service more often over the past year or so due to changes in my personal circumstances. I needed to sort out an iPhone for my son (yes, it had to be iPhone, and the latest one if possible) and get a new home broadband for my new house so I can continue working from home. And sort it fast.I am a single parent and not rolling in money, but the guys went above and beyond to find us what my son liked and an Internet package that would enable me to work from home, for affordable price. They even chased the installation date for me.
Only this week, I went in to see if I could get a new phone, something up-to-date to replace my tired old Huawei 20pro. And once again, no problem there. I admit the phone has features I will probably never even use, not very tecchy. They said if I had any issues transferring data from my old phone to come back and they’d do it for me. And a day later, they did, no trouble at all.
I would like to thank Daniel and Ryan for their excellent customer service and all their help.

To be clear, this review does not reflect that of my opinion of Vodafone. Vodafone are a terrible company and their head office staff seem to share 2 brain cells that are both fighting for 3rd place.
The entire company seems to let down the members of staff in the castleford store, as these are some of the most helpful, knowledgeable, empathetic store workers I have ever come across.
I was in the store dealing with a complaint (caused by head office not the castleford staff) and they were incredibly helpful and stayed with me until my issue was resolved, I overheard the staff assisting customers while I was there and the only thing I can say is their manager must be proud of them and they are a credit to the miserable excuse of a company that is Vodafone

We have recently had a bad experience with Vodafone as a company, HOWEVER… we called in at the store in Castleford today to resolve this & the staff were excellent, absolutely brilliant! Couldn’t do enough to help in particular Ryan went above & beyond to get to the bottom of the problem & after spending days being passed around over the last few weeks we managed to sort things out, have to say we couldn’t have done it without Ryan’s help, so Thank you to the staff in the Castleford store, really appreciated
