I bought a surf stick and credit amounting to around EUR60 from this shop almost a year ago. It didn’t work. Despite going to the shop on several occasions for help, they weren’t able to solve the problem. I could have forgiven this but the real issue was they would not return my money either! Almost a year after buying the stick, I went to a PC repair shop, where the employee fixed the problem for me. I think my experience with Vodafone in Schmargendorf was quite possibly the worst customer service experience I ever had.
The person is extremely rude and unprofessional. Went to the store for a new connection. Kept me waiting for 17 minutes without any excuse or acknowledgement – because he was talking to his girlfriend. Waited inside the store for 17 minutes, then exasperated left for another store a few kms away. Horrible!
