Problem with Vodafone sim, so I wanted to visit a shop to sort out the problem. I found this one on the Internet and the information confirmed that it was open. I therefore caught the bus and travelled 35 minutes to the shop. The shop was closed! I tried at 12:00, 12:45, 13:30, 14:30 on Wednesday 14th August. I asked nearby shops and they confirmed that they didn’t know when the shop would open. If the shop is closed, don’t say that it is open (on the Internet) as this results in people like me completely wasting their day.
Mir wurde bei einem Problem sehr fachlich und kompetent von dem Vodafone Mitarbeiter geholfen. Bei mehrfachem Nachfragen meinerseits war er stets offen, freundlich und man hat ihm angemerkt, dass er mir mit bestem Gewissen helfen wollte. Das hat er auch hervorragend getan. Nun ist mein Problem gelost und es wurde sogar noch besser als davor.

Unfreundlich, kurz angebunden und moglichst schnell einen Vertrag machen. Ein Handy bekommen was angeblich Google Play Dienst haben soll, war der grosste Schrott und mir noch ausreden wollen welches Handy ich mir vorstelle. Nicht zu empfehlen. Vertrag wird auf jeden Fall nicht verlangert.
