After struggling to activate my WiFi and receiving little to no help from other Vodafone shops and call centers, I decided to visit your shop as a last resort. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of expertise and willingness to help that I encountered there.
The staff at your shop went above and beyond to assist me in activating my WiFi. It turned out that WiFi has been by mistake disabled after switching to the new tariff. I appreciate the time and effort that they put in to resolve my issue, and I can confidently say that I am now a satisfied Vodafone customer thanks to their outstanding service.

damit es auch kostenlos bleibt und obwohl er viel zu tun hatte. Internet und Telefon funktionieren bei den alten Eltern nicht. Danke Herr Rezai fur Ihre Freundlichkeit. Der Rest leider eine Katastrophe, purer Nervenkrieg. Servicehotline? Wartezeit von min. 120 Minuten und dann wird man mit einer Empfehlung, die nicht hilft, abgespeist. Traurig und dies trotz Vertrag.
